In 2010 I took part in a sponsored walk to raise funds for a Christian Aid linked project in the Dominican Republic. This year on 28th April a one-day sponsored walk of around 13 miles is scheduled. This time it will raise monies as part of the Congregational Federation's commitment to support important work in Nicaragua.
If you are able to sponsor me I would be very grateful. You can use the form below and sponsor me on a mileage basis, for doing the entire walk or just for doing my very best on the day. Sponsored will be notified how I get on and will be advised how to get sponsorship funds to me or sent direct to our office in Nottingham.
You will also be able to follow the journey via Twitter. It's a good cause and if you can spare even just a little it will soon mount up.
